14  Observed the following food contact surfaces to be improper: 1. rust on muffin tin in lower level kitchen, 2. broken piece off of measuring cups in rice container in lower level kitchen, 3. inside of top, white microwave in kitchen (by prep cooler) with peeling finish on inside. Please replace. All food contact surfaces are to be smooth, easily cleanable and corrosive free. (750.600) Next Inspection
